Meet Lazaro
Owner & Founder
My name is Lazaro Valdes, owner and founder of T & L Valdes LLC.
Over 20 years ago, I arrived in the United States with nothing but a suitcase full of fears and uncertainties, not knowing what the future held. After finishing high school, I began working to help support my family. At 22, I became a father for the first time. I worked for a painting company, but I soon realized that while the job was stable, it wasn't enough to provide the future I wanted for my family.
Starting a New Life

I came to this country with more questions than answers — but with a clear determination to work hard and take care of the people who depend on me. After high school, I started working to help support my family. Then, at 22, I became a father for the first time. That changed everything.
I spent years working for a painting company, learning the trade from the ground up. The work was steady, and I was grateful for it. But I realized that a stable job alone wasn't going to be enough to build the future I wanted for my family. I knew I had the skills and the experience — what I needed was the courage to take the leap.

In 2015, T & L Valdes LLC Was Born
In 2015, I decided to take a leap of faith. I had the skills, the experience, and most importantly, the drive — so why not start my own business?
The beginning was tough. Building trust, attracting clients, and standing out in the industry wasn't easy. But with faith, persistence, and the support of wonderful people along the way, T & L Valdes LLC was born.
